Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Peak PIM and getting started.

What is a PIM?

A PIM (Product Information Management) is a tool that centralizes all your product data in one place. Peak PIM is built specifically for Shopify merchants who need to manage and sync catalogs across multiple stores.

Do I need coding skills?

Not at all. Peak PIM is designed for merchants of all technical levels. Connect your stores, organize your data, and start syncing from a simple dashboard.

How many stores can I manage?

Your plan determines store limits. The Starter plan supports up to 5 stores. Higher tiers unlock more stores and advanced features. You can upgrade anytime as your business grows.

Is there a free trial?

We're currently in beta, and beta testers get special pricing. Join the beta to access Peak PIM at a reduced rate while we refine the product.

How long does setup take?

Most merchants are up and running within a day. Connect your Shopify stores, configure your custom fields, and you're good to go.

Can I manage product images and files?

Yes. Peak PIM includes a built-in media library (DAM) so you can upload, organize, and assign images and files to your products without leaving the platform. All your product data and media in one place.

Does it work with all Shopify plans?

Peak PIM works with any Shopify plan, from Basic to Plus. Some advanced features like metaobjects may depend on your Shopify plan's capabilities, but the core product management experience is the same.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Invite team members to collaborate on your product catalog. Everyone works from the same data, so nothing gets duplicated or overwritten.

What happens when I leave the beta?

Nothing special! You'll keep your setup, your data, and get priority access to new features.
